FEED Design of Aktau Oil Terminal

Project Description:

FEED design for an oil distribution complex near Aktau, Kazakhstan, containing loading and unloading facilities from/to marine tankers, rail and auto tanks and a storage facility with 410000m3 tank park for oil, diesel and kerosene.

The auto loading enables simultaneous loading of 2 cars, rail loading/unloading 100 rail tanks and 2 marine tankers. They are directly connected to the pumping station through pipes and a manifold system. Metering system is provided by tank gauging equipment installed on each storage tank.

Structures and infrastructure include: access roads, terminal area, loading facility, auto and rail gantry, storage tank area, administrative buildings, pump stations, firefighting building and pump station, water tanks, water treatment building, underground pits for drainage system and firefighting system.
