   General Director – Faik Rzayev. A professional engineer and manager with 25 years of experience, seven years of which have been at management level with a major western engineering company.

   Engineering Manager and Deputy. GD – Arkadiy Temirov. A professional M.Sc.Diploma qualified engineer with over 20 years of experience, of which four years have been spent at senior engineering level with a major western engineering company.

   Non Executive Director – Mike Sparks. Advises on strategic operations and is our UK representative. He has over 40 years experience in the on, and offshore, oil and gas industry engineering contracting industries in both company operations and engineering management.

   HR Manager and Assistant to GD - Rustam Rustamov. A professional PhD. qualified scientist with extensive project management experience gained over 20 years.

   HSEQ Manager - Gulyara Vahidova . A professional degree qualified Instruments and Control engineer with over ten years of experience. For the last 4 years Gulyara has led the company initiative to set up the company QMS. This is accredited by DNV to ISO 9001/2000 in 2004.
