Three phase, mobile oil/gas/water separator. Client – Salyan Oil Ltd. Year 2001.
   Salyan Oil Ltd. (SOL) had a requirement for a fully automatic mobile test separator to cover well flow testing over a large onshore oil field. The work was executed on a lump-sum turnkey basis.

   Design engineering, procurement and installation of a Biocide chemical injection package. Client - AIOC. Year 2003.
   This was a project directly with the AIOC company

   Project and construction management of a 16 km. oil transfer pipeline. Client Azpetrol. Year 2004/2005
   A fast track 6 month project to link Azpetrol terminal south of Garadakh into AIOC Sangachal terminal. The pipeline was installed to comply with the AIOC – BTC pipeline.

   Multi disciplinary pre-fabricated building facilities projects. Client – McDermott Caspian Contractors Inc. Year 2003 / 2004.
   As part of the SPS yard facilities upgrade to fabricate the BP Azeri field topsides, McDermott needed a wide range of new, pre-fabricated type, office and canteen facilities for themselves and to house the client BP.

   Water filtration system and tank modification designs. Client – Karasu Operating Co.( KOC). Year 2001.
   KOC engaged Encotec on two separate occasions to redesign existing oil/water filtration systems and oil in water gravity separation tanks associated with their on-shore field

   Civil design projects.

   Encotec has a strong Civil engineering capability, which includes geotechnical investigation. We can offer a full scope consultancy service in geotechnical matters including laboratory analysis using measurement equipment which matches international standards.
   We have executed a range of civil projects for prominent clients involved in the O&G sector.

   For MCCI at SPS.
   Encotec developed designs of foundations for MCCI new prefabricated buildings projects. The complexity and challenge of these projects was the necessity to combine local regulatory requirements with those of international standards.

   For PCH Co at the Heydar Aliev Yard’ formally SPS.
   Design of painting and blasting shop for preparation of tubular spools for the new BP Azeri Jackets. The shop had to withstand heavy winds and seismicity.

   For Thales through Modern Construction Group (MCG).
   Encotec collaborated with MCG who were building a storage facility and a workshop for Thales. The task for Encotec was to design a building complete with all office facilities, utilities, and comprehensive mechanical handling.

   For Star Gulf at The Heydar Aliev Yard.
   Our engineers participated in the Star Gulf project for reinforcement of skid ways for Jacket fabrication at SPS Yard. This was following the geotechnical works done at the same location
