ENCOTEC awarded the Contract for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for Dashkasan Iron Ore company in frame Dashkasan Iron Ore Deposit (DIOD) project (2021-2022)

PMC work will mainly cover the following activities:

•               Development of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED);

•               Management of EPC contract work;

•               Management of procurement;

•               Construction management;

•               Commissioning management;

•               Management of as-built documentation plans.
