ENCOTEC signed frame agreement with SOCAR Midstream for provision of Engineering and Project Management Services.

The Scope of Works will primarily include provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and management (EPCm) work to support SOCAR Midstream project portfolio. ENCOTEC will employ process, systems, and people familiar with SOCAR Midstream environment to support delivering its major goals for maintaining highest possible safety and reliability standards while effectively and efficiently delivering the contract scope.
